Our client engages in the development and management of properties development for ready-built residents and ready-built condominiums located inside and outside Bangkok and has more than 33 projects in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating reconciliation report, financial statement details, and support account closing.
- Reviewing monthly detail of relevant accounts reconciliation and unusual PL transactions and financial statements.
- Recording fixed asset acquisition and disposition in the ERP system including calculating depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Preparing and reviewing fixed assets report at month-end as part of monthly financial closing.
- Recording the acquisition, transfer, disposal of fixed assets, and depreciation in the accounting system.
- Improving the working process, introducing internal control, reducing manual work, and implementing related systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years experience in an Accounting or Auditor role.
- Has to experience in audit firm we are welcome.
- Having experience in Property development or Real estate industries will be an advantage.
- skills; team player with a willingness to help where required.
- Self-motivated, committed, result-oriented mindset, and flexible to work to tight and demanding deadlines.
