**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for planning, creating and coordinating schedules of the therapy sessions and administration functions. The scheduling administrative will ensure clients and company policies are met by analyzing data/requirements and creating staff plans to make the most convenient and suitable schedule as possible. The scheduler will work closely with clients and CARE staff to create schedules, handle cancellations or scheduling changes, and makeup hours. For administrative function, the scheduler will assist the Operations Manager with any administrative duties as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and represent CARE policy enthusiastically
- Represent CARE professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain staffing schedules to comply with company policies and clients’ requirements to achieve company service level goals and a maximum of 5% abandon percentage goal
- Track and analyze cancellations, substitutions, and make-ups; minimize cancellations and missed sessions
- Maintain relationships with clinical staff and CARE clients as it pertains to scheduling
- Plan in advance and foresee any problems that might arise.
- Manage intra-day activities for inbound, outbound, processing and support customer service management to ensure resources are balanced appropriately and meet established service goals
- Schedule and enter exceptions for pre-planned activities such as training, meetings, etc.
- Attend required training sessions and meetings
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- 2-5 Years of relevant scheduling/secretarial/planning/administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field
- Experienced in Logistic or car rental schedule is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC 650/ IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
- Ability to multi-task and handle large phone/LINE/Slack correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels
- Flexible and able to standby/on-call working hours - is a must
- Able to work under pressure and within a timeline - is a must
- No Criminal Conviction or record
