**What You Will Do**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Lead digital efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
- Leverage traditional marketing, events, and partnerships where relevant

**Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and locally relevant content such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content supports strategic goals
- Ensure all content is tailored to local languages, cultures, and compliance standards

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity
- Use analytics and data tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve results

**Localization & Adaptation**:

- Adapt global marketing strategies to suit regional markets
- Ensure all campaigns comply with local cultural, legal, and regulatory requirements

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned across the business
- Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign delivery

**Event Management**:

- Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
- Ensure all events are aligned with brand objectives and measure their effectiveness

**Performance Reporting**:

- Develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and track ROI
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategy

**Compliance & Regulatory Awareness**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the Forex and Financial Services industry
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant laws and industry standards

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing with a proven record of successful campaign execution
- Experience in the **Forex or Financial Services** industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one local language (Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
