Assist the Head of Telemarketing(HOD) CardX to drive the business development of the Telemarketing channel for CardX through implementing Transformational initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Help execute the strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns to drive the quality metrics of the Telemarketers(TSRs). Assist the HOD to help the CardX to uplift the different segments of TSRs and uplifting their productivity through coaching, transferring of FWD next in class best practices. Assist the Head to drive the overall Telemarketing department in conjure with the Bank Partner to drive the overall TSR APE, VNB & PVNB, Active Ratio & MAPA Metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOD in the business development growth of the TSRs distribution. Help in the execution of the TSR transformation initiatives with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions.- Assist HOD in designing action plan to increase productivity and minimize leakage & freelook.- Strong partnership with CardX to drive TSRs metrics.- Coaching TSRs on product knowledge / skill and objection handling.- Monitor CardX TSR recruitment, turnover and development trend as well as provide solutions to problems.- Assist HOD to develop development plan to develop downline team to have adequate support to drive growth.- Coaching and growing a team for TSR initiatives.- Providing strong relationship with CardX Telesales by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.- Minimum 3 years' experience in Tele sales business and 1 year in managerial position.- Life Insurance License and/or Investment Consultancy License is preferable.- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.- Interpersonal skill / communicate effectively.- Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
