Job Description
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Coordinate with international suppliers to process on order, manage, negotiate and import goods
- Coordinate with inventory team to plan and manage timeline for customer orders.
- Coordinate with shipping agencies to ensure timely deliveries by air freight, sea freight and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
- To prepare, process, and verify all Proforma invoices/ Import documents to ensure accuracy of related documents and to comply with law and regulations.
- To do and control purchasing data base. (Supplier and cost)
- To prepare weekly/monthly report which are: PO status report, purchasing report, cost control report and complaint report
- To sourcing new suppliers and products.
- Any other task which was assigned.

Having experience of Purchasing - Import function will be an advantage.
Require good English communication skill.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
