**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working safely and complying with Vibrantz Cardinal EHS Rules, environmental management system (ISO 14001), Vibrantz Ethics & Compliance.
- Handling daily operations of the chemical warehouse and flammable liquid including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products.
- Coordinating with the sales team, production, customer service, and laboratory to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Ensuring delivery of materials supply to production lines by production standards
- Appropriately handling any hazardous materials, arranging for warehouse space, and keeping areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
- Keeping accurate stock records by carrying out physical cycle counts, and tag inventory counts.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by line report or site leader.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in Inventory & Warehouse functions (experience in the chemical warehouse will be an advantage).
- Knowledge of warehouse practices and methods.
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office, SAP, etc.
- Must have a Forklift License.
- Good spirit teamwork with a full-service mind and self-motivation for improvement.

- Get familiar with the SAP system.
- Work closely with line manager and site leader to manage operation process on site.

- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Have a business mind, open mind, positive thinking, systematic thinking & logical thinking.
