- Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and support consultants and partners in mapping challenges and opportunities to improve the resilience of PepsiCo’s potato supply chain. Conducting literature reviews.
- Coordinate the collection and reporting of data for Agro and partnerships that feed into PepsiCo’s sustainable business agenda:

- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data from all parties working within PepsiCo partnerships to inform PepsiCo and partner decision-makers.
- Provide regular (weekly/monthly) project progress reports and highlight critical decision points to Associate Manager
- Travelling to field sites to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate to the specific objectives of the study

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Agriculture, Sustainable, Cultivation, or related field.
- 2 years+ experience as researcher or researcher assistant in agribusiness, sustainability, agronomy, or operations environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience working with smallholder farmers directly.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly. Live or used to live in Chiang Mai is preferred.
- Has knowledge background of Agriculture, Sustainable, Cultivation (potato is preferred).
