We are proud to announce the establishment of a new international school in Greater Bangkok, set to open its doors in August 2025. **Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in education OR any degree with a teaching license/certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in a school setting.
- Experience teaching in an international school is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and fostering student growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be eligible to work in Thailand.
- Available to commence work in June 2025.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

development of students. The responsibilities are categorized into the following key
areas:
1. Curriculum Delivery and Classroom Management
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and activities (e.g., group discussions, practical work, projects) to enhance student engagement, creativity, and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and evaluations.
- Mark test/examination papers and enter grades as per school guidelines.
- Prepare detailed reports on student progress, including test results, assessments, and evaluations.
- Ensure English is the primary language of communication in the classroom,
except during foreign language instruction.
2. Student Support and Discipline
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and cooperative classroom environment that encourages student participation and mutual respect.
- Maintain good class control and be responsible for students’ behaviour, using positive disciplinary tools and methods to encourage good conduct.
- Avoid the use of corporal punishment or profane language at all times.
- Notify the administration promptly in cases of student lateness, absence, or behavioural concerns, ensuring parents are informed and issues are addressed.
- Attend school assemblies with students, ensuring they behave appropriately during such events.
3. Communication and Collaboration
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of the school community, including teachers, students, parents, and support staff.
- Attend and actively participate in coordination meetings, staff training, and professional development sessions.
- Read and adhere to all school memos and instructions carefully, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support school-wide initiatives and activities.
4. Professional Development and School Involvement
- Clearly understand and align with the school’s mission, vision, and educational philosophy.
- Participate in all school functions, events, and activities, including field trips and excursions, as required.
- Conduct relieving classes or English support classes for local teachers/staff training programs within assigned teaching hours.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance teaching practices.
5. Administrative and Operational Responsibilities
- Arrive at school at least 30 minutes early and sign in promptly.
- Maintain a teaching diary, updating it periodically with lesson plans, student progress, and other relevant information.
- Ensure classes are never left unattended, and students are not dismissed earlier than the scheduled time.
- Remain on the school premises during working hours unless prior permission is obtained from the supervisor.
- Fulfil any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the Head of School or Principal.
