**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for determining the means of manufacturing for Fan Generator, AC generator to the required level, by ensuring that within a designated area the necessary engineering solutions are developed relating to layout, material handling, tooling, equipment/ facilities, process, industrial and quality.
- Develop the engineering process documents required by IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 Standard and/ or others as appropriate e.g. APQP Elements, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, Work Standard, Process Capability Study and Control, etc.
- Report and Review performance indicator of production objectives and target in a weekly and monthly basis to ensure department objectives are met.
- In-Cooperate day-to-day engineering problem solving ( 8-D).
- Coordinate with all internal and external customers to guarantee the implementation of quality tools and systems.
- Develop Error Proofing tools and Quick Change over process where necessary.
- Provide support for the production operation in order to meet customer’s needs.
- Check and correct BOM and provide master data input in SAP system.
- Other duties that related to primary functions as required by the jobs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Production or Product-management role.
- Strong leadership, decision making, teamwork and organizational skills
- Good people management, problem-solving abilities and conflict management.
- Good English communication
- Computer literacy especially in MS office of Excel, Auto CAD
- Skill knowledge in Quality System: ISO 9001/ IATF 16949, Quality improvement tools: APQP/ FMEA/ SPC/ MSA
- Skill of Measuring device and metrology system, and Electrical knowledge.
