**Position: Superviosr Regulatory Affairs**

Global Regulatory Affairs
**Purpose of position**
Provide efficient and effective regulatory affairs to assist the Colgate-Palmolive Greater Indo China Hub Regulatory Affairs team (GIH RA Team) in ensuring that products and processes meet all relevant regulatory regulations, guidelines and standards throughout the products lifecycle in all the relevant countries in the Hub
**Core Responsibilities**
- Compile complete registration dossier and submissions for product notification / registration, licenses / permits approvals including halal certification.
- Assist GIH RA Team to timely submit all relevant regulatory submissions to secure timely approvals to meet the Business Grids and timely communicate to the on progress of these submissions.
- Assist GIH RA Team to review formulation, product specifications, artwork/promotional materials and advertisement review.
- Assist the GIH RA Team in regulatory assessment related activities including claims support documentation & performing literature search
- Work collaboratively with Regulatory Operations team in Cosmetic Product Information File compilation
- Maintain and keep up to date regulatory files, records, databases related to notification/registration dossiers other regulatory submissions to support an efficient regulatory operation
- Assist the GIH RA Team in external audits by regulatory authorities including Post Market Surveillance and Halal Audit
- Assist GIH RA team in the development of SOPs, guidelines and SPIs
- Assist GIH RA team in developing/updating the Regulatory 101 & Halal Awareness training contents and be involved in the actual training session
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support the effective operations of the GIH RA team
- Monitor any new or amendment of regulations and conduct regulatory intelligence in government websites and the public domain
- Provide administrative support on activities related to purchase order, receival etc. to ensure smooth running of the regulatory function
- Provide administrative support for export product regulatory document requirement i.e. CFS, COM and proceeding to consularize at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy.
- Other duties as instructed by the immediate Manager or the APAC RA Lead
**Education Required**
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized University
**Experience Required**
1 - 3 years experience in regulatory affairs management in cosmetics, consumer goods or pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in Halal certification will be an added advantage
**Competencies & Skills Required**
- A good understanding of regulatory affairs principles, regulations, and guidelines for cosmetics and medical device products
- Knowledge of or good understanding of pharmaceutical products regulations will be an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizing skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, which includes working with electronic databases, Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional, Internet and Intranet, Google Suite, and Authority Regulatory databases and portals for managing changes and submissions.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Agility to change
