**OOZOU is hiring strong a Head of Project Management to work onsite in our Bangkok office.**:
**As a Head of Project Management, ensures that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and agreed budget as well as the improvement of all aspects of project planning and people management.**:
**Your role will encompass the following**:

- Analyzing, planning and developing requirements and standards in reference to assigned projects
- Defining and determining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Managing projects throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Assigning and monitoring progress of product designers, developers and software testers while ensuring they are actively working toward agreed milestones and deliverables
- Reviewing and proposing modifications on project plans, including meeting with all the stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes
- Holding regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Establishing and implementsing project communication plans, providing status updates to related stakeholders
- Identifying barriers that are slowing down teams and projects and creating practical solutions to increase efficiency
- Evaluating and developing creative solutions to issues without prior precedent, usually based on limited information, while balancing multiple perspectives and future implications
- Turning ideas and opportunities into meaningful work that can be picked up by teammates or other teams
- Consistently taking steps to support the growth and success of all working teams

**Required skills for this role**:

- Proven track record of excellent time management and experience establishing guidelines for others
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Managerial experience in Technology/ IT field including development work and interactions with customers
- Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g. JIRA)
- In-dept understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Knowledge of digital/information technology procedures and practices
- General business and people management knowledge
