Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in the onboarding process, helping to prepare documentation and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining a welcoming environment and managing office supplies.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures under the guidance of the HR team.
- Help prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
- Support the HR team in various operational projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR processes.
