มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการพัฒนาระบบงาน SDLC, Project Management, Application Development, CMMI, Agile (Optional)
- สามารถออกแบบเทสเคสและทำการทดสอบระบบได้
- สามารถเขียน SQL statement และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูลและ tool ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการและวิธีการในการออกแบบระบบแบบ Object Oriented
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน test tool และ automate test tool ได้แก่ JIRA / Blaze Meter / JMeter / Selenium / Load Runner / QTP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเข้าใจหรือเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา JAVA / C# / Python /Ruby จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำการวิเคราะห์ระบบ พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และภาษา UML
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำ load test, stress test หรือ performance test อื่นๆได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และหาสาเหตุของปัญหา (Analytical thinking & Problem Solving skill)

ปริญญาตรี

2 ปีขึ้นไป

มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านทดสอบระบบงาน Tester หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

มีทัศนะคติ มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน เห็นความสำคัญของงานทดสอบระบบ รวมถึงการติดต่อประสานงานอื่นๆ ในทีม
