We now seek a dynamic and inspirational Head of Key Stage 4 (Years 10 & 11) who wishes to be part of a professionally dynamic, supportive and forward thinking learning community, in a wonderful Southeast Asian setting.
- Hold a BA/BSc. degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE/GTP/Teach First) with UK QTS (or overseas equivalent)
- Have a minimum of five years teaching experience in the UK or overseas in a British curriculum school
- Have a proven track record of excellent classroom, pedagogical practice and external examination results
- Have a good ability to use IT to support teaching, learning and leadership
- Be able to engage, motivate and support children, staff and parents
- Be a reflective leader with the ability to think creatively, innovate and inspire others in their practice
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the school community
- Be willing to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of the Boarding School

**Introduction**

Bromsgrove International School Thailand (BIST) is a privately owned independent institution which uses the name Bromsgrove under license from Bromsgrove School UK. Bromsgrove School in England was established in 1553 and is a top co-educational day and boarding school in the British Midlands.
