- ** Job Description**:

- Studying and marketing research to analyze the competitors and strategy planning to propose to AVP Marketing
- Marketing survey and analyze customer’s behavior to make a strategy planning
- Responsible for marketing, promotions and campaigns for the both low rise and high rise projects (The Shade, The Cloud and The Explore)
- Make a marketing budget report and control all the costs as plan
- Meeting with Sales department and make new strategies to reach out to the target customers
- Handling marketing weekly and monthly report
- Building and developing the good relationship with customers
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administrative or relevant fields
- Have direct experience working in real estate developer at least 4 - 5 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have great creativity and good knowledge in technology
- ** English Level**: Level 2 - Advanced Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm
- ** Holiday**: Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
