Giftbasketsoverseas team is currently hiring for the position of Corporate Sales Representative.

**Overall goal**: Build relationships with customers (new and existing) and communicate the benefits of the product (service) to drive sales and meet set targets, maintain these positive connections to ensure future sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating ordering process for clients by providing personalized assistance via multiple
- Connecting with leads and customers to assess their needs or expose new products/features;
- Handling customer orders until they are paid and ready to be processed, as well as all related paperwork;
- Responding to all client inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information and assistance;
- Leading sales negotiations of price, gift content and service, drafting proposals, educating clients on terms and risks;
- Processing bulk and single corporate orders: creating orders in the internal database, billing customers, collecting payment and resolving possible issues on the go;
- Knowing how to insert orders into the internal database and all the peculiarities of this process;
- Working with corporate orders until successful delivery: negotiating product replacements, resolving delivery issues and related complaints ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority;
- Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot) to help manage data: add new customers, update existing customers’ contact details, marketing relevant fields, record relevant communication notes, track deals, use sequences for various sales campaigns, etc.;
- Listening to client’s concerns, assessing their needs and providing a solution within our service range resulting in driving changes in the existing systems and workflows;
- Meeting set personal and team sales targets;
- Channeling clients’ or peers’ relevant feedback or request to the corresponding department (Product, Tech, Corporate, etc);
- Owning team’s projects: planning, describing, coordinating with participants, executing, harvesting and analyzing results;
- Being receptive to feedback and thriving to continuously improve your skills;
- Undergoing manager or HR recommended courses and programs;
- Respecting, supporting, encouraging and helping your peers to achieve a common goal;
- Providing practical training and guidance to newcomers when need arises;
- Actively listening and participating in 1:1 meetings, team huddles, cross-department meetings and training sessions;
- Outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and associated tools with further nurturing of potential leads;
- Understanding the sales process with cold leads, including lead generation, qualification, outreach and onboarding;
- Developing a plan for building the new corporate sales pipeline based on the ICP and the sales process;
- Closely connecting with the experienced team members including those from sister-companies like Giftsenda and if/when needed seeking advice to be able to use and adapt the best practices;
- Mastering and actively using the existing company Linkedin profile for prospects outreach with the goal in mind to potentially develop a personal LinkedIn profile for the same reasons;
- Implement nurturing campaigns for the gained new leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline;
- Providing regular updates on progress to the sales manager and other people that may become a part of the project; identifying potential roadblocks and opportunities;
- Collaborating with other team members to share best practices and learn from successes or any kind of experiences gained;
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales;
- Identifying and suggesting sales process improvements and new sales opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Speak fluent English;
- Speak at least one additional relevant to the team language will be a benefit: Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French;
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to create warm interpersonal connections with clients and colleagues;
- Like helping people to solve their problems and provide personal support throughout the process;
- Be goal-oriented;
- Be self-organized, responsible and able to own projects (tasks) without being micromanaged;
- Have schedule flexibility and time management skills;
- Be a team player;
- Ability to bounce back from setback and adjust to changing strategies and priorities;
- Proficient in using PC and ability to use your PC/laptop with a stable Internet connection.
