Reservation Sales Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Handling of correspondences with guests, Ensure all call is answered within 3 rings and E-Mail is answered within 24 hours.
Ensure accurate data input into the PMS by the Reservations team.
Ensuring the accurate entry of information and abide by booking terms and conditions that relates to cancellation penalty.
Be aware of group block bookings or allotments, ensuring the release periods are respected and utilization is properly managed.
**Qualifications**
Your experience and skills include:

- The Reservations Sales Agent must have minimum 1 year experience working as a Reservations team member
- PMS software depends on the hotel (Opera or FOLS, Fidelio V7, Hogatex Starlight, Hotix).
- Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English

**Additional Information**

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
