Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Performance Coach for our rig operations. As a Safety Performance Coach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety across all aspects of our operations.

**Contract duration: 6 - 12 months**

**Location: Thailand**

**Rotation: 28/28**

Responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Providing training and coaching to rig personnel on safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives to enhance overall safety performance.
- Collaborating with rig management to investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Promoting a safety culture by fostering awareness, communication, and participation in safety programs.

**Requirements**:

- Holding a NEBOSH or equivalent certificate.
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in rig operations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety concepts to diverse teams.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing safety programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant safety certifications and qualifications.
