**Job Purpose/Role**

For one of the key strategic projects, we are seeking an Agile-minded Project manager to oversee the delivery. The role includes performing the role of Scrum Master for an international team (located both in Thailand and abroad) with strong liaison to the head office in Munich, Germany. We are seeking an individual who is purpose driven and dynamic with experience in managing budget, scoping and resource management in Software Delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate to the functional scoping and analysis of the project in collaboration with local business units to define the project scope & requirements.
- Manage & monitor the project scope, which include identification & delivery of change requests during the project.
- Monitor project plans and budgets, performs cost tracking analysis and approves work reports, analyzes risks and defines mitigation actions.
- Manage the development team to produce the expected features (integrations in the local ecosystem, customizations) based on agreed scope and timeline.
- Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Actively identify and solves issues/conflicts within the team and perform the necessary remedial steps or preventive actions.
- Presents and prepares reports to client, corporate office and peers on progress and forecast of project team’s work status, escalating issues and evaluating needed support based on agreed communication plan.

**Key**
**Requirements / skills / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or related field.
- Project management skills (scope management, planning, financial estimation and follow up, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile methodology (SCRUM, Kanban, Nexus)
- Demonstrated ability managing Budget, Scope, Timeline and Risk
- Similar experience on large scale international projects
- Structured and able to document efficiently
- Smooth communication and ability to engage and build trust with all stakeholders
- Seeking constructive outcomes in discussions, challenging traditional assumptions while remaining willing to compromise when it is beneficial to progress.
- Good command of English (both written and oral)
