PROMOTION BUDGET MANAGEMENT (Strategic alignment)** - ** Lead Revenue Growth Management strategy into action** - ** Identify & align Strategic direction with "Priority cells" with cross functions (Retail Marketing /Customer Development Team (Sales) )** - ** Allocate Promotion spending by Sub category by Channel accordingly** - ** Set the measurement/ align KPIs for Priority cells** - ** Manage the Investment strategy on Price & Promotion** - ** Monthly analyze external forces and implication;** - ** Market/ Category/ Channel/ Competitor (size/ growth/ trend)"** - ** Deliver Price & Promotion scorecard and recommended action on Promotion spending** - ** Volume on promo/ Strategic Price Index / ROI / Market share"** - ** Make the suggestion on where to invest (subcategory & channel)** - ** Make the suggestion on appropriate type of investment (Promo vs Average Price)** **2.
