**Responsibilities**:
**Welcome and Assist Guests**:- Assist with check-in procedures, providing guidance and information as needed.- Ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival experience for everyone entering the premises.**Telephone Management**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.- Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.- Take and relay messages accurately.**Client Hospitality**:
