Senior Graphic Designer

**Creative Concept Development & Ideation**: - Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the Art Director, Copywriters, and Social Media Content Strategists to generate innovative visual concepts for campaigns. **Graphic Design Execution**: - Design a wide range of static visual assets for digital platforms, including: - **Social Media Graphics**: Engaging posts, stories, carousels, profile images, and cover photos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. - **Digital Display Ads**: Static banner ads and other visual elements for programmatic and paid social campaigns. - **Web & Landing Page Visuals**: Hero images, icons, infographics, and other illustrative graphics to enhance user experience and conversion. - Produce print-ready designs for traditional media as required (e.g., brochures, flyers, event collateral for local activations). - Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining responsiveness and visual integrity. **Brand Guardianship & Quality Assurance**: - Strictly adhere to and interpret client brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all creative outputs. - Maintain high standards of design quality, aesthetics, and technical execution (e.g., resolution, file formats, color profiles). - Conduct thorough self-reviews and incorporate feedback from the Art Director and other stakeholders to refine designs before final delivery. **Collaboration & Communication**: - Work seamlessly with Copywriters to ensure visual designs effectively complement and enhance the written messaging. - Collaborate with the Digital Media Buying Team to understand ad specifications and design requirements for optimal campaign performance. - Liaise with Account Managers to understand client feedback, manage expectations regarding design revisions, and ensure timely delivery. - Present design concepts and final visuals to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale clearly and persuasively. **Trend Awareness & Skill Development**: - Stay abreast of the latest graphic design trends, software advancements, and best practices in digital and social media visual communication. - Actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and skill enhancement in areas relevant to multi-media design. - Share insights and knowledge with the broader Creative Services Team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Develop mood boards, visual references, and preliminary design mock-ups to communicate creative directions. - Contribute to the "big idea" development by proposing strong visual narratives that align with campaign objectives and target audience insights. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 6 months Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿37,351.00 per month **Experience**: - Graphic design: 2 years (required) - Social Media: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
