Instructors will get to improve their skills, experiences and knowledge regularly. - Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking and baking.
- Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.
- Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
- Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson.
- Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.
- Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
- Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
- Compulsory attendance in monthly training which has been assigned by the Management.
- Feedback to Studio Managers if receive any customer comments and complaints.
- Have a deep knowledge of our products in order to provide relevant information to customers and influence them with their purchases.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, customer service, answer phone enquiries etc.

**Requirements**:

- Applicant must have Culinary/Baking background
- Conduct minimum lessons of 55-60 per month
- A good team player.
- Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Positive mindset and a strong team player.
- Dedication to your work and a drive for success.
- Independence and Reliability.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Communication skills and Teamwork
- 8 days off per month and shift work. Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- ABC members who have Certificate of Completion of Basic Bread/ Cake Course or completed 12 lessons of cooking course are encouraged to apply.
- Part-time: Commit minimum 6 months of employment with the company.
