**Position: Ocean Freight Export Team Leader**

**(Based at Head Office, Rama 9)**

**Key **Responsibilities: -**
- Manages and drives performance of a team of OFR Export.
- Processes, handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
- Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
- Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.

**Qualification: -**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or any related filed.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of OFR Export.
- Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
- Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Leadership skills.
