**Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.**

The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the project complies with the approved designs, within the timeline and budget.

This position is based in Lopburi, Thailand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Obtain construction and other work permits from the Royal Thailand Army
- Develop and implement a plan for financial controls
- Provide leadership in the completion of construction work, documentation and inspection of construction quality
- Review project plans and specifications for technical soundness and determine practicability from a construction management perspective
- Monitor construction contractors and provide oversight to ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements
- Review submittals
- Perform field inspections
- Implement construction safety and quality programs
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**Qualifications to be successful in the role**:

- Graduate of an Engineering degree with at least 8 years of construction work experience
- Must be a Thailand-registered Engineer
- Understand all facets of the construction process
- Proficient in using Primavera scheduling software and MS Office
- Strong English written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
