Ee Communication

This position will responsible for the employee communication program for company wide by managing the right interventions, support on EVP activities as per HRBP direction, as well as responsible for administration support in BKK office and cost saving activities for Had office. Create a favorable environment for FrieslandCampina Thailand employee in BKK.

What we ask
- Bachelor degree in Human Services
- Minimum professional experience 2-3 years
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR, Office admin or experience in employee communication
- Confident in handling and communicating in Thai and English
- Understanding of local context and come up with a right communication way and
- Cost of SG&A on Administration side
- Able to work in a multinational environment
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with employees at all levels within all business functions.
- Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
- Good Command in both Thai and English.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

- Create the positive communication vibe in both writing, presenting and using a right verbal communication to ensure employees understanding in the programs purposes and outcome
- Develop or tailor contents for Employee communication
- Being HR Head office representative in all CSR activities
- Support HR team on create the corporate branding EVP or FCGT in Thailand (FCT & FP)
- Establish and maintain open communication lines with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Corporate communication team in the message including support on all urgent tasks per Employees issues.
- Being TA & Office administration support and perform a task based on line managers order.
- Manage safety and security in and around the office
- Monitor, review and standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
- Representing FCT in better cost management to ensure the SG&A spend properly
- Process PO/PR under purchasing process correctly and welfare reimbursement
- Manage couriers and messengers and supervise office tidiness and maintenance (overseeing cleaning staff)
- Handle strictly confidential information.
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required.
- Do the minutes of meeting for HR team.
