**Responsibilities**:
- The CICC’s main responsibility is to handle customer related fraud cases and mis-selling cases, identify the need for an independent investigation, assigning the case to relevant investigation teams, and monitoring the investigation’s SLA and follow-up on actions after the investigation including identify and discuss with relevant parties for customer incident resolution and actions needed.**Main responsibilities**:
- Owner of end to end customer incident management process.
- Develop customer incident management approach, process, tooling and quality standards. Ensure compliance of this approach with expectations of regulators.
- Oversee and ensure planning and execution of customer incident management actions with agreed SLA timelines.
- Identify trends, problems, opportunities and determine required solutions and preventive actions to avoid customer incidents.
- Organize and present main customer incident management results to executives and relevant committee.
- Coach and guide the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Master or bachelor’s degree in management related or equivalent fields.-
- Preferably 5-7 years working experience in operational risk, internal audit, investigation, market conduct or related fields of financial institutions.-
- Possess logical thinking, analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, judgment skills, energetic & self-motivated, fast learner with very good communication skill.-
- Persuasive, capable of managing and work in a team and profoundly skilled in planning and organizing, high empathy, and can manage multiple assignments simultaneously to provide deliverables on time.-
- Strong leadership and initiatives.-
