**Job title**:

**Business Line specific context**:

- As part of the Project Implementation projects for Transport in Asia, Egis is looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager (PM). The PM will act as the direct support of the Technical team during the delivery.- The PM is responsible for the overall project management function. He will be support internally by the Project Implementation Director and his deputy.- The PM will lead the Management Support team and provide integration and coordination, ensuring consistent level of information on the progress is shared by all parties.- He is responsible for establishing and running the Project Controls tasks, including Planning, Cost, Risks, Health, Safety and Environment with the objective of ensuring all tasks are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach.- The Project Manager should demonstrate a good general understanding of the Project’s scope without being an expert in this sector. Proven track record and experience with major size Projects is a must.- He is acting as Risk Manager on the project.- He is in charge of the internal contract management for Egis, dealing with Contract Management, Claims management, invoicing and driving the payment collection activities. He will especially be the focal point for managing subconsultant’s contract and associated payments and claims.- The 2 projects under the responsibility of the PM are on-going.**Job description**:

- Define the Project strategy and lead the implementation of the program scope in accordance with the Scope and the Contract;
- Provide Reporting analysis and recommendations to the Project Implementation Director seeking an overall optimization of the project in terms of risk and costs reduction
- Lead the preparation of projects’ presentations, on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis meets agreed project objectives;
- Draft and provide monthly and quarterly reports related to the Project and ensure other Technical reports due for submission are ready and submitted on time in accordance with the Project Management plan;
- Management of the contract, external and internal reporting, overall administration of the project, subcontracting agreements follow-up (cost, time, KPI)
- Manage interdependencies and coordination across the various projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators (KPI) are monitored and evaluated with high level of reliance;
- Set-up operational procedures between all functions to ensure effective communication
- Identify and define the major implementation, project configuration and coordination issues for the program, integrate the Client’s changing requirements, and holistically manage Change across the Project to ensure a reliable and updated Project Baseline is available at any time on the project;
- Design, Implement and maintain the Electronic Documentation Management Systems of the project.
- Define protocols for data sharing between the EDMS and dashboard, KPI’s measurement databases in order to generate efficiently Data Reports;
- Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with other Projects’ leaders inside the team, assess cross
- functional project team capability, and provide recommendation on how to enhance the program management performance;
- Ensure a clear and consistent approach is in place to manage risk including implementation of Early Warnings and Risks registers and associated meeting and formal communication ;
- Oversee the production and monthly updates of the Integrated Planning of the Project with the assistance of Package delivery managers and planners. The software used on the project will be Primavera P6 or equivalent;
- Prepare, or support the team, to tender specifications for the external commissioning of work packages as delivery components of projects where appropriate;
- Track and monitor benefits realization against planned targets;
- Ensure post project reviews are in place and include lessons learnt exercises which identify both positive and negative outcomes to be actioned ;
- Participate in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes.

**Profile**:

- Ability to meet cost, time and quality objectives when delivering projects
- Proven ability to set-up Project Control processes and governance across the key business areas
- Production of consistent project artefacts such as project plans, status reporting and financial reporting
- Experience in Major Project
- Communication and coordination skills both with Internal and External Stakeholders
