**Job Description**:

- Handle wedding, social media, catering and both accommodation and non-accommodation group for 3 properties and upcoming hotels
- Stay abreast of industry trends, continually seeking opportunities from unique resources such as wedding professional associations, vendors and sourcing sites
- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness
- Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
- Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month
- Have a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
- Prepare monthly action plan for main responsible segment
- Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel
- Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility and promote a positive image
- Update Cluster Director of Sales on market trends and business leads
- This position is for Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery, Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery and Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa.

Work Experience
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Third language is advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
