Job Title: Full Stack Developer with Blockchain Expertise (Frontend, Backend, Smart Contracts)

About the Project:
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Full Stack Developer with a passion for blockchain technology to join our team and help build a groundbreaking insurtech platform. This platform will revolutionize how insurance policies are issued and claims are processed, leveraging the power of smart contracts, decentralized oracles, and blockchain to ensure transparency and automation.

As a key player in this innovative project, you’ll be responsible for developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that integrates frontend, backend, and blockchain solutions seamlessly, empowering the next generation of digital insurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Frontend Development: Build a sleek and responsive user interface for the landing page and policy management system using Vue.js (or your preferred tech stack).
- Backend Development: Design and implement API endpoints for policy issuance, claims processing, and integration with decentralized oracles (e.g., Chainlink) to fetch external data (weather, flight cancellations).
- Blockchain Development: Write and deploy smart contracts in Solidity to automate policy management and claims validation, leveraging the Polygon network for efficient and secure transactions.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between frontend, backend, and blockchain components, and manage off-chain storage solutions (e.g., MongoDB).
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct end-to-end testing, performance tuning, and security enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience and scalable platform.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in frontend development with frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Solid expertise in backend development with Node.js and Express (or other backend technologies).
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development, particularly with Solidity and smart contract deployment on Ethereum or Polygon.
- Familiarity with Chainlink oracles to integrate external data into smart contracts.
- Experience in API integration and configuring databases (e.g., MongoDB or others).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git, and experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

- Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
