**Talent Management Manager**

As the Talent Management Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our workforce's journey from recruitment to offboarding. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance appraisal, talent management, and learning and development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Craft an end-to-end employee journey, fostering a positive workplace culture from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support current and future business needs by nurturing, motivating, and retaining talent.
- Utilize engagement survey results to implement activities fostering a positive culture and enhancing employee retention.
- Oversee a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance across the organization.
- Develop, oversee, and execute talent management and succession planning strategies to identify, assess, develop, and promote high-potential individuals and leaders. Continuously evaluate the talent pool against long-term business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee competencies and foster professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development.
- Demonstrated track record of HR leadership.
- Strong competency in people development and change management.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages.
