This position will identify, pursue, and capture business development and growth opportunities including exploration bid rounds, negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, improvement of asset performance and value chain opportunities to meet business unit and Chevron objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identification, evaluation, and capture business development and growth opportunities for Chevron Thailand Business Unit including exploration bid rounds, improve performance of existing assets and value chain opportunities such as gas price increase, third party business with existing assets, lead negotiation and development of various commercial agreements (Gas Sales Agreement, JOAs, Farm-in/Farm-out Agreement, CA, Joint Bidding Agreement, Joint Utilization Agreement).- Coordination of Assets, Operations, Finance, Legal, DA and cross functional teams, internal and external stakeholder management, in particular the ability to liaise with and work productively with multi-functional team, JV partners, government agencies and customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance/Economics or related field- At least 5 years of work experience preferably in oil & gas industry, with experience in business development and/or commercial negotiations- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate, influence and interface with key internal and external stakeholders- Strong coordination and networking skills, and effective and collaborative team player- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working under pressure- Outstanding solution orientation and Can-Do-attitude- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and creative mind- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
