**The Location**
The job is at our office in Chiang Mai, one of the most innovative and creative cities in the world and a hotspot for digital nomads. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software products
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and use insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate on designs
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and design systems that ensure consistency and cohesiveness across products
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into your work

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a software development environment
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
