- Experiences in real estate business, management and construction are preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking and evaluation skills and sound professional judgment
- Proficient in Thai - English both oral and written communication competency.
- Solid legal experience with real estate business
- Strong experience to draft, review and understand of contract law, business law and other law
- Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen
- Excellent drafting skills and high commercial acumen.
- Responsibilities:Act as an expert on legal services provided and support the establishment of an academic center.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to each of the Justice Initiative’s litigators, to encourage a high quality of strategic litigation.
- Ensure the implementation of existing policies and guidance for litigation, revising or developing new standards where appropriate.
- Be a leader in the human rights litigation field and act as a focal point for the Justice Initiative’s litigation for Nurture a portfolio of ground-breaking, high profile, and impactful cases.
- Demonstrate what effective strategic litigation looks like and encourage constant innovation.
- Develop and refine thematic strategies collaborates with team to utilize litigation.
- Provide guidance on the development of project plans for litigation. Oversee the identification and assessment of specific cases, including reviewing the strengths and risks of each proposal.
- Oversee an effective case management system for multiple cases and deadlines, and maintain high quality case files.
- Undertake final review of all pleadings and maintain our reputation for high quality pleadings by oversight of an assurance system for the legal integrity and persuasiveness of all documents submitted to courts.
- Manage systems for the periodic review of individual cases, and for reporting to senior management and to the Justice Initiative board on Justice Initiative litigation.
- Develop a strategic guideline of legal services and ensure that both internal and external parties are well-informed
- Involve in any legal cases and liaise with external parties to ensure that the cases are well-treated
- Evaluate the operation and provide any recommendations for improvement
