1. Develop effective debt collection strategies
2. Plan effective dunning actions: SMS, IVR, tele outbound call, service suspension, inbound call, PTP, AOD, notice letter, service cancellation
3. Plan customer credit management: initial credit limit, credit max, credit limit adjustment, credit risk segment
4. Manage customer blacklist & write-off: policy, process, and execution
5. Analyze performance and identify areas of improvement for In-House Collection and Outsource Collection operation
6. Design incentive and commission scheme to maximize productivity and efficiency for In-House Collection and Outsource Collection operation
7. Forecast and control collection budget required to achieve performance target
8. Lead projects and/or support cross-functional projects for operational efficiency improvement and bad debt reduction
9. Analyze, plan and improve work process for Collection team.
10. Manage and supervise Collection Planning unit members
**Qualification**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experience in Collection management and debt law
3. Experience in Telecom, IT or Finance Business
4. Strong planning, system thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
