**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
- Assign tasks and schedules to maids to ensure efficient workflow.
- Address and resolve any performance issues or guest complaints related to housekeeping.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Implement and uphold company policies and cleaning standards.
- Maintain records of staff performance, training, and cleaning checklists.
- Coordinate with management to improve cleaning procedures and efficiency.

**หมายเหตุ**
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Must have experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
