- **Detailed Description**:

- Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Provides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines
- Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues
- Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets
- Assists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions- **Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Customer service orientation
- Troubleshooting & problem resolving skills
- Good Communication (both oral and written)
- Good knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
- Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure diagnostic tools and processes
- Fundamental knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes- **Physical Demands**:

- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

**Typical Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of related experienc;Experience in similar job roles- **Typical Education**:

- Two or Three Year Community College Diploma or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
