We work collaboratively with our clients to address critical issues brought on by current global changes i.e. regulatory changes, globalization, advances in technology, competition and changing demands of their customers. The team manages engagements with the support of Financial Services and Consulting resources across all aspects of design, analysis and delivery of Financial Services solutions. You will support the implementation and delivery of quality deliverables, working and communicating effectively with the engagement team and client’s team to ensure exceptional performance. **Skills and attributes for success** - Excellent communication and problem solving to be able to work closely with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders - An inquisitive mindset; due to the fast pace of the digital world you may be working with new technologies or platforms and need to be able to learn fast and pick up new skills quickly - Possess strong interpersonal and teaming skills, and experienced in engaging with stakeholders at various levels (depending on your years of experience) - Strong written and presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel **To qualify for the role you must have** - 3 - 7 years of experience in a similar role or in a role where you have worked with both business and technology in an implementation/transformation type project. - Experience in banking with a working knowledge on banking products/processes such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Journeys, Client Onboarding, KYC, among others - Academic background in Engineering, IT, Finance or Banking - Experience in design and development and software SDLC - Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, e.g. sprints, product backlogs, user stories - Fluency in Thai and English language **Ideally, you’ll also have** - Experience in one or more of the following domains/trend areas: - Personal Finance Management products and capabilities - Familiar with PFM tools and capabilities such as MoneyThor, Personetics, Mint, etc - Ability to define PFM specific use cases, taxonomies aligned with BIAN framework, PFM related APIs for Deposits, Loans, CRM, Customer, Campaigns. - Understanding of data principles for PFM related data aggregation, data categorization, data logical model changes. - Client Data Platform / Master Data Management products and capabilities - Experience in data analysis and customer 360* build with custom or commercial tools such as Adobe / Informatica etc. - Prior experience of data quality and data integration as part of MDM or analytics projects. - Possess strong data analysis skills to understand the structure, quality, and relationships within customer data and master data. This involves identifying data patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies - Core Banking & Transaction Services - Experience of working on defining banks solution and technology architecture, interfaces specification and data model mapping. - Experience on process workflow tools & mapping & API tools and core banking solutions such as Infosys Finacle, Temenos T24, FIS profile/Modern Banking Platform - Micro Frontend Technologies & Cloud Notification Package - Experience in design and development for micro-front ends with UI frameworks - Experience in designing supporting APIs for micro-frontends - Familiar of Frameworks or Tools like AngularJS, ReactJS, RactNative, REST, APIs, API Gateway, Firebase, Azure Notification Hub - Understanding of security requirements for APIs and experience with oAuth - Experience in using Notification services on Azure or GCP or AWS - Experience in designing notification APIs - Identity Access Management and Permissions products and capabilities - Familiar with Identity and Access Governance concepts and technologies like SailPoint and Saviynt, SAML, OAuth, SSO, MFA and knowledge on tools like Azure AD, Okta, Ping, Privileged access management, JML, Access controls - ABAC, PBAC, RBAC, API's, Java scripting, - Good grasp of operational, regulatory, and other risks related to the area of Access and Identity Lifecycle Services towards security, identity and access management within a regulated industry. - Experience and knowledge with developing business architectures and process that cross multiple business organizations. - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management industry trends, standa
