**What you will handle**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Develop and enforce policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment processes.
- Perform invoice reconciliations and costing audits to verify accuracy, ensure alignment with contracts and budgets, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Support the monthly financial close by preparing accurate financial statements and collaborating with the finance team to improve closing procedures and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and relevant accounting standards while maintaining detailed records for AP and PPE.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including transaction entry, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost analysis. Oversee PPE accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and impairment tests.
- Facilitate audits by providing required AP and PPE documentation and explanations to external auditors.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, specializing in Accounts Payable and PPE. Experience in public companies, accounting firms, or consulting is preferred.
- Advanced skills in ERP systems and accounting software, with strong knowledge of GAAP as it relates to AP and PPE.
- Strong Thai and English proficiency for effective written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
