**HR Officer / Admin Assistant**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. W an individual who can demonstrate the required skill’s and will share the same values -Honesty, Decency and Trust. This is an integral position that will allow the successful individual to positively impact the core business functions.**Responsibilities, including, but not limited to**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage grievance cases and resolve conflicts between employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage the employee life cycle support including on /off boarding and probationary reviews.
- Assist with administrative requirement and provide support and relief payroll.
- Good English both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels Emotional intelligence Strong attention to detail Experience in a similar role particularly dealing with employee grievances and payroll processing
