Specification Executive

Our client is a leading company import and contractor for special building materials in the industrial and commercial. Now, they are seeking for **Specification Executive/Marketing Executive **to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Advising customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Expanding and taking care of sales targets in assigned areas.
- Cooperating with agents to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiating or approving contracts and agreements with clients.
- Processing with other matters as assigned by supervisor.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in construction products.
- Owns a car and a driving license.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation communication skills.
- Possess a “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, and a strong determination and commitment to deliver results.
