**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. This role will focus primarily on managing vendor rebates, with additional responsibilities in process optimization, reporting, and collaboration across teams. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making and process improvements while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Rebate Management**
- Manage and process vendor rebates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review vendor agreements to ensure terms are clearly understood and adhered to during rebate processing.
- **Process Optimization & Automation**
- Support the development and maintenance of reports related to key business metrics.
- Assist in process automation and improve workflows to increase efficiency.
- Take ownership of projects, solve problems independently, and drive improvements.
- **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting and support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively to align in required data, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Reconcile and identify discrepancies in revenue data, investigate causes, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience with other data analysis and automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage and process large datasets and create solutions to improve processes.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and regions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
