หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Your responsibilities will be: -Ensuring compliance of documentation with the requirements of the design assignment, terms of reference, requirements of design norms, and standards; -Control of the proper quality of work, compliance with the terms and scope of work following the terms of the contract with contractors, elimination of the causes of delays in deadlines; -Implementation of technical supervision over the implementation of construction and installation works; -Coordination of the work of contractors; -Verification of compliance with the scope of construction and installation works; -Participation in the consideration and approval of changes in design solutions; -Technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works, preparation of the necessary documentation; -Control of the project budget in terms of assigned work; -Conducting business correspondence and document flow with contractors/suppliers -Monitoring compliance with health and safety at the construction site.

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or a related field.Over 3 years of experience in architectural design or construction, preferably with supervisory experience. 2. Professional Skills:In-depth knowledge of architectural design and construction.Experience with architectural software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Familiarity with building codes and regulations. 3. Leadership Skills:Experience leading a construction team or project group.Ability to communicate effectively with various team members and stakeholders.Decision-making skills and problem-solving ability on the construction site. 4. Organizational Skills:Ability to develop and manage the construction site schedule.Project budget management experience and cost control.5. Construction Safety:Knowledge and adherence to construction safety standards and requirements.6. Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Negotiation skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with clients and contractors.English language proficiency at the intermediate level.7. Innovation:Ability to implement new technologies and methods to improve project efficiency.8. Analytical Abilities:Ability to analyze and interpret construction drawings and plans.
