- Job Description_
- Publish weekly Build-Plan and maintain the On Time Delivery to Promise (OSD) and Customer Request Date (CRD)
- Release and handle Work Orders base on the product yield, material availability and installed machine capacity
- handle and lead the supporting team for day-to-day operation to meet target or resolve any excursion
- Work closely and detailed follow-up with Production and Engineering to meet the weekly build plan
- Work with related functions on lead bonepile and maintain work order aging
- Schedule Sales Order in Oracle and Communicate with CSR/ Sales and other related functions to resolve any issues concerning the demand or backlogs
- Ensure that Warehouse and Logistics process the shipments for those under due-to-ship SO/ MSO
- Supporting company activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Inventory Control, others
- Requirements_
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Experience of 6-10 years in shop floor control
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written communication skills
- Preferably have background in MRP (Oracle) and inventory control
- Familiar with BOI requirements would be an advantage
- Detailed Knowledge and experience of manufacturing build planning and execution (preferably in low volume/high mix and high technology environment)
- Flexible in working hours to attend either early morning or evening conference calls with North America
