**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Lead & manage Accounts & Admin Department**:

- **Handle monthly and annual closings, accounts reconciliation**:

- **Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements**:

- **Ensure accuracy and timely submission of statutory taxes, monthly management accounts & financial reports**:

- **Maintain inventory & fixed asset listings as well as prepare audit schedules**:

- **Prepare cash flow & budget forecasts**:

- **Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax advisor, company secretary and other regulatory bodies.**:

- **Providing support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time**:

- **Ensure financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary**:

- **Effective internal controls and compliance with all relevant accounting, financial and tax reporting standards, corporate guidelines, and other regulatory and legal requirements**:

- **Support Country Manager in administration functions including license maintenance**:

- **Undertake other special and ad-hoc assignment as and when required**

**Requirements and skills**
- **Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.**

**Professional qualification in Accountancy is preferred**
- **At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required**:

- **Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures**:

- **Extensive experience in handling full set accounts**:

- **Hands-on experience with accounting software**:

- **Advanced MS Excel skills**:

- **Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills**:

- **Good command of spoken and written English**:

- **Independent, self-discipline, self-motivated, and an effective team player with good interpersonal skills**:
