**About the Opportunity**

As a member of the Discova team, the Sales & Reservations Executive is part of a passionate, high performing team who are committed to consistently delivering an outstanding customer service and sales experience to our partners and their clients. **Your main responsibilities are**:

- Service all internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently within 24 hours or according to business needs with consistent follow up to ensure higher conversion
- Resolve all agent service issues to the end customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective, preventive measures and in a timely manner
- Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistics information, internal notes and supplier notes updated in the systems in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate on product developments for key accounts and new business opportunities in conjunction with the Sales & Reservations Manager, CM and Product, to ensure our offering is differentiated and competitively priced
- Drive the business and team members to success using our vision and business plan as a guide

**About you**

The Essentials:

- A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, other European languages would be an advantage
- Management training or experience in leading teams is desirable
