Job Summary

Managing the life cycle of network assets by overseeing the end-to-end asset flow process, developing and implementing asset life cycle management procedures, ensuring compliance across all teams (including regional teams), and maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset values from Goods Receipt (GR) to Write-off.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage the life cycle of network assets
- Monitor and track the End-to-End (E2E) asset flow process.
- Develop and propose the asset life cycle management process
- Create the asset life cycle management process.
- Propose the process for approval and deploy it to relevant teams.
- Monitor compliance across all related teams
- Ensure that all relevant teams, including regional teams, follow the established process correctly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network asset value
- Ensure that asset values are correctly recorded and updated, from Goods Receipt (GR) through to Write-off.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Experience with asset and inventory systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with database management software.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and discrepancies in data and take corrective action.
