**Requirements**:

- Native English speaker
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education
- At least two years of similar work experience as a Kindergarten or preschool center head

Job description:

- Oversee education quality and teaching delivery
- Develop the teaching curriculum in collaboration with the teaching staff
- Provide input to the recruitment and hiring of academic staff
- Creating a safe and happy learning environment for the children
- Managing relationships with parents and the community
