**A DAY IN THE LIFE**- Responsible for the correctness of all shipping documents including FTA privilege forms, GMP/HACCP/ISO Certificates, required declaration letter, grace letter, etc. that will be required for customs clearing process.- Ensure FDA registration be available and provide to service provider as well as updated in License Per Invoice (LPI) system before import products.- Coordinate with all stakeholders (Producing Market, Procurement, RSA, and AG) to provide all requried documents, prepare Advance Ruling Request Form including supporting documents, and submit to Customs Tariff Bureau for HS code classification and tariff rate- Responsible for Import entry including correct HS code, import duty, excite tax, interior tax, royalty fee, privilege under AFTA, WTO, Bank guarantee, etc. (if any), via paperless with double signatory, coordinate with accounting team for duty and VAT reservation for cut e-banking and payment to customs on time in order to avoid any delay in customs clearing process and delivery.- Manage and monitor imported shipments via ISR website and excel file including coordinate with service providers, shipping lines / couriers, owner of shipment about shipment details, ETD/ETA, expected delivery date, required delivery date and place, etc. in order to ensure on-time delivery to appointed destination as planned by utilizing given port storage free time and container free time and without storage charge, demurrage & detention charges, or other costs.- Manage well on operation issues with all parties such as shipping lines, courier, service provider, transporter, government/authorities' officers related to importation as well as provide pros and cons, consultation, option etc. with optimize costs, minimize business risk and impact to reputation- Understand and manage well on the process of protest/appeal for any uncertain issues including any disputes, follow up and manage duty refund / duty drawback and close the issue within specific lead time with proper record- Timely update cost condition for purchasing info records maintenance and source list for all imported products (FG, Semi FG, and RM) including HS code, Tariff, Privileges, FDA registration, etc. in shared drive by quarterly basis or any changes at specific period- Responsible for RFC raising for new trade lane, new equipment type, etc. in GTNexus as well as contact Global Logistics Procurement for any operation issues related to shipping line, terms and conditions of ocean freight contract, or any unexpected situation in order to process customs clearing smoothly and delivery on time

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service in any industry.
- Experience in Import/Export in F&B industry is an additional advantage.
- Knowledge in customs law & regulations related to Import business.
- Fluent in English
