**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
- Developing financial analysis and financial model for the valuation of securities such as pricing for offerings or M&A transactions
- Conducting researches to perform various analysis in preparation for pitching / meeting with clients
- Preparing meeting material which contains thorough analysis
- Drafting and preparing prospectus and prepare marketing / road show materials
- Communicating with client’s working team to ensure smooth deal execution
**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting
- Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
- Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
- Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
